We are sorry to announce that we will be closing The Sanctuary as of 19th December 2026.
We have had such a pleasure opening our home to you and your pets and are going to miss both you and them greatly. We have been incredibly lucky to have built The Sanctuary and a loyal client base. Unfortunately, however, life has just got busier and busier and something had to give.
We want to extend our sincerest thanks for your custom these past few years. We will miss you all.
Kind Regards,
Steph & Chris
(Bookings up until the end of the year will go ahead as planned - no immediate changes so please do not worry. I also want to apologise I haven't sent out a mass email about this - technology is definitely not my thing!)
Located in the heart of Stafford, The Sanctuary is a small pet hotel that puts your pet's welfare first. Our indoor hutches, suitable for rabbits and guinea pigs, are purposely built to adhere to RSPCA size standards. With mesh fronts, they allow plenty of light in and ensure proper air circulation. Don't worry though, each hutch has a place where they can hide! Find out more about our hutches here.
Daily exercise is important for pets, that's why we ensure that your pet leaves their hutch at least once a day to spend time either in our outdoor, weather and predator-proof run or inside on our playroom floor. Each option allows your pet to stretch their legs and discover new toys and smells. Bunnies can hop until their heart is content!
Cages are continuously spot cleaned throughout the day to provide your pet with a comfortable environment, in addition to full hutch cleans as required.
Fresh vegetables, bundles of hay and drinking water are provided daily for your pet meaning you only have to bring them and their dry food - and maybe a comfort item or two!
Get in touch with us now to secure your small pet's boarding place in Stafford. Alternatively, you can book using our online booking system which can be found here.
